I used to live on S. Allegheny st. with my parents. We have seen a lot of strange things in this house. One day while my mother / brother and his wife were playing poker in the kitchen the basement door handle started twisting back and forth until the door flung open with a cool breeze blowing past them and the bathroom door slammed shut and the sink turned on by itself. My other brother has seen a shadow of a man walking thru the basement as well. In bed one night I was awoke from a thud sound. Looking towards the bedroom door I saw a white glowing female figure standing at the door. She had on a long dress or sheet over her body. Scared ! I screamed for my mother while I hid under the covers. The figure vanished & my mother said I was dreaming but I wasn't. years later my mother saw a dark shadow figure come down the stairs. She said it wasn't shaped like a human just a dark foggy cloud. I never felt right in this house. Felt like I was always being watched. I do believe in spirits /ghosts but haven't ever experienced anything like that

ever again. If anyone is interested in knowing the house, leave a message here. The house is haunted and probably still is. Both of my parents past on in this house in the late 1990's.

It was beside the cemetery on Bishop St.in Bellefonte. She was dressed in Victorian garb: a long, flowing, cloak, with a hood over her head, and dark boots laced up high. But I felt no bump like you would if you were to hit something. And when I looked in my rearview mirror, she stood there watchin me. My ex-girlfriend (girlfriend at the time) and I also got a ghost on cassette tape. We were in the Union Cemetery, in the soldier's circle, with the tape recorder on, just talking about normal things. Once in a while, we would address any ghosts that might be there. After a time, we shut off the tape recorder, and to our astonishment, a gentleman ghost had joined right in with our conversation! At the end, he said, ''cool!'' It was so exciting.
I just have one more story. I had a ghost in my apartment, which is in a house that was built in the mid 1800's. This ghost was mean. Not only did he throw things around, and make strange noises, but he slashed me on my back side. It was about a 6 inch slash that almost needed stitches. It wouldn't

stop bleeding for the longest time. I think it was one of the men that abused me and didn't want to see me with a girlfriend. Even in death, he wants me to himself. But there is a funny part. My ex-girlfriend (girlfriend at the time) and I burned sage and recited incantations to get rid of this evil ghost. But before we had begun, we had called the police because we heard a gunshot from across the street. So we're burning our sage, casting out the ghost, when a policeman arrives. He smells the sage right away and asks us if we're doing weed! We tell him that of course we're not doing weed, we're getting rid of ghosts! I still think he thought we were nuts. But we had to do what we had to do, and it worked! .
