One thing's for guaranteed, it is indisputably a chilling ghost that any reasonable person would not want to meet. The phantom of a woman with a bag fastened around her head can every now and then be seen by Hawk Mountain Dam late in the night staring at the water. If you listen to the folks who live here, this ghost is the undead soul of a long dead Bethel local. A sizeable chilling ghost was observed up on the peak of Camp Blue Mountain sniveling.
