And late one night while on my way Home I was walking through Denison park(playground equipment side)i saw a misty kind of foggy looking shape appearing in the middle of the pond. It was summer but had been during a 3 days streak of 90 degree weather and no rain in sight so that had me thinking this couldn't be some type of moisture in the air reflecting     light from some nearby Street light or any light source for the matter. I started walking slower and slower walking closer towards the aparition it had taken shape of human form but the face was unclear. As soon as I got closer towards the sitting bench the form or whatever it was vanished.
