Regardless of what folks say, this spirit indisputably is menacing; one that is preferably not interrupted. A somewhat translucent guy clothed as the captain of a fishing boat appeared relaxing on a sofa in a trailer near Coudersport. The onlooker got scared and ran away. It's been said that this exact ghost is that of a local resident who dwelled here in Coudersport in the past. The ghost of a youthful guy in a confederate uniform appeared on the pinnacle of Cochran Hill in the early morning hours watching the vista. The ghost didn't seem to be scared by the observers. If you talk to the local residents, this ghost likes terrifying unwise folks who are bold enough to disrupt the tranquility in Coudersport. The ghost of a shackled up gentleman was perceived in State Game Lands Number 204 before sunrise reading a book. The ghost reacted to the eye witness. Based on what the local residents assert, this ghost gets pleasure from frightening people who come seeking ghosts in Coudersport. One thing is for guaranteed, it's a chilling ghost that you don't want to encounter before dawn. The ghost of a young-looking lady covered in blood has repeatedly been seen in Bark Shanty Hollow at night carrying a human skull. Folks here who have seen this phantom argue this phantom can be the soul of a local resident who passed away here in Coudersport many years ago.
