Legend has it that a young man was shot after a confrontation with another drunk man. He supposedly was an underage drinker and was taken upstairs,and laid over a piano to die a lonely death. It has been said that he can be seen looking out the top windows at night. Growing up in this area, I have to admit that the building is quite eerie and I have heard of many cases of sightings.
