Custom Search Dawson, Pennsylvania Ghost Sightings   My friends and I like to ''ghost hunt'' for fun. My friend kat's family is from dawson. The Story goes that this cemetery there in the middle of dark Farmland on top of a mound. Well the Story that kat's family had passed down was that back in the Day there was an outbreak of smallpox that caused too Many dead bodies than there was room to bury them (this was Farmland back then). Therefore they made a pile of dead bodies     then covered it with dirt and grass. Supposedly all of the farmers had a hard time with their crops for years. Years later a cemetery (not for the pile of dead bodies and entirely new cemeary) was put on top of this mound. The cemetery's name is the Cochran cemetery. So when me and my friends go there to ''ghost hunt'' we always get eerie feelings we've got several good pictures and often hear weird noises there.
