One thing is for sure, this is an unpleasant       ghost that is rather not interrupted. A military outfit striding about with no body in it has now and then been witnessed yelling up on Krepp Knob. Residents here argue that this phantom may well be a recognized past dweller of East Millsboro. In any event, it's a creepy ghost that you wouldn't wish to come across at the stroke of midnight.
