We Only stayed there on weekends and Holiday breaks. It was the typical old PA House older Section in the front (200 years old) and newer Section in the back (100 years) for an old Home it was well cared for. I had heard it was originally the sheriff's house. It is beside the town jail. Well strange things would happen to the kids. Nothing to me. It was always the     small front bedroom that things happened in it led up to the attic. One summer afternoon about 2 o'clock my son was changing clothes to go to the Pool and the door knob just slowly turned and the door opened. He was 13 at the time. I have never heard him yell for me like that before. He was really scared. Then there was the time my daughter (6 at the time) was in the room and my son was outside they couldn't get the door open. Which didn't make any sense since the door is old as the House and barely stayed closed with those old wobbley knobs from the turn of the Century   (continued on the next page...)
