There was a stem on a plant that would grow when the rain fell and the sunshine. The stem is known to talk about eating alive new born babies at the central hospital its put in cleaners for cuts. Never know when your baby could be ate so be careful......bom bom bom bom bom.. I hear that when I go out side. And sad to say but my baby was ate by the stem from hell. that's what I call it. Last week when the sun was beaming down on my neck I happened to look over at the grass and see ''the stem from hell''.
Now my story. Amanda(my daughter) and I (Sue) were on our way to the park across the road and down a little bit, anyways she was about one and a half at the time. Just learning to walk, I had both her hands and she was walking in front of me, I got a phone call so I left go of her left hand and I reached into my pocket to get the cellular device, and in the first three seconds I left go she started screaming. (couldn't really make out what she was yelling cause she couldn't talk yet.) But then I threw the phone down I knew it wasn't

a regular scream, it was real shrill and loud, never heard anything like it before. As picking her up I notice there was blood on my arm. I looked for a scratch on me. Couldn't find any sign on why I should be bleeding. So I thought maybe she was. Then I looked on her right ear and it was torn at the top just a bit but enough. I figured she would be

alright, it wasn't bleeding that bad so we went to the park. She then got really sick and started throwing up every five to ten minutes, That moment I knew that something was wrong. I picked her up and ran home, got my keys and ran to the car with her. Strapped her in. We then were off to the emergency room, they took her in right when we got there. Cleaned her ear off with peroxide and iodine. bandaged it. Then moments later we Doctors and I) noticed she was bleeding again, from the same spot. The doctors took off the bandage and seen a green line. Were not sure what it was but, later on they had to do surgery and remove it. They said it was a stem. They (the doctors) left us keep the stem in a little baggie. Then we got her prescriptions and went home. Getting out of the car. Grab the baggie, but there was no stem in side. I looked up and down and all around for it to show Matt (her step father) couldn't find it anywhere got scared and unstrapped her and ran inside. That night we went to sleep nothing bad happened. The following week

I went to put a new bandage on her ear and I noticed the green stem was back once again. I screamed MATT!!! (get the hell down here and see this) he ran down the steps and looked and seen that the stem was back he looked me in the eye and said (get in the car NOW!) so I got the shoes and keys and ran out and got in the car. We took her back to the hospital and they got the stem out once again and gave us higher doses of medication for her. Then she jumped into a seizure and that went on about ten minutes. We got home the next day about one o'clock. Matt was feeding her by the bottle, while holding her in the rocking chair. When he suddenly noticed she stopped breathing. And he panicked. Then we called the family members up and told them the sad news and then it was that. But ever since she passed away I here the shrill scream. And sometime in the car when I look in the rear view mirror I see her holding her ear screaming (why couldn't you help me Mommy I thought you loved me.) I never went to the park ever again. After about two years me and Matt decided to have another try, we had a beautiful baby boy we named him Todd. Then that was the end of it. WE LOVE AND MISS HER BUNCHES, XOXOXOXOXOXOOXOXOXOOXXOOXXOOXXO Mom, Matt, and Todd P.S. wish she could have met Todd. Great brother he would have been to her. Submitted by Sue Categories: family, home
