The ghost of a bum has allegedly been witnessed on several occasions at Dove Lake Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise taking in the surroundings. A local resident declares that this ghost is the undeparted soul of an old Lansdowne local. The ghost of an old sorceress may be observed repeatedly sitting on the floor in a building near Lansdowne. No matter what, it in all certainty is a menacing ghost that any wise person would not want to bump into. A gentleman with a large hole through his upper body has now and then been seen slurping water from Falls of Schuylkill before dawn. One of the folks who live here firmly claims that this phantom is that of a local who existed here in Lansdowne some time ago.
