We were in our house on west Bald Eagle. We were sitting downstairs and we heard water running the fouset got turned on and was running. A few weeks ago my roommates boyfriend was in the bed and it started shaking he thought it was an earthquake or something but he was the only one moving.
Today my roommate was in her room laying in her bed. Windows closed no fans on and the chair started spinning.

I know that Penn State University is not around Lock Haven. But I live around here. It was around 12:00 pm when I got up. (I was not in college yet. But I'm going to sixth grade soon). I was at a camp.

I felt like someone was watching me. And I thought it was my dorm room partner. So I look over at her and she was asleep. So it was not her watching me. Then I look out in the hallway and I thought I saw somebody or something go out this one door that went to this one staircase.
So I was really scared. Then I felt a cooled chill down my back. I turned around and nobody was there. I went back to bed but... I did not sleep that night. Or the night after that. Maybe the whole week after that strange and yet scary night.
