Manheim, Pennsylvania Ghost Tales There are two ghosts in the 10 Market Square , Manheim ,Pa building .There is a woman that has been seen in a red cloak on top of the stairway and also in the attic. We also know that there is a man with the woman in the red cloak but we have not seen him but heard him. We did not know that the building was haunted until we looked up above the stairway and the woman appeared and two seconds later disappeared. She was no where to be found but to be seen. She was also seen in the room right across from the one storage room in the attic .Again ,vanished right when someone saw her. She was hanging on a rope. We do not know if the man is her husband or not, but we do know that he is an evil spirit and that he argues with the woman a lot. He does not let anyone in the attic at all or anyone in the building. He thinks he owns the building. The woman ,we do know if she is a good ghost. sShe does and means no harm at all. If the man ,that is with her, tries to push you off the stairs, the woman will catch you before you even fall. Things go down around here that can't be explained. If you listen to the local residents, this ghost could be a celebrated former time native of Manheim. A female without a head has supposedly been perceived on many occasions in Amos Herr Park after midnight calling names. If you listen to what the folks who live here argue, this ghost is perhaps the struggling ghost of a local resident who used to live here in Manheim. Anyway, this ghost unquestionably is bloodcurdling; one that is better not disturbed.
