It was dark, so I do not think I misunderstood the bright gray-ish light I saw. It could not have been a deer nor any other animal. A man having the head of a goblin appeared riding on a motorcycle on a gloomy road in the vicinity of Mc Kees Rocks. The ghost didn't care that there was someone other near. Local people declare that this ghost enjoys terrifying folks who come seeking ghosts in Mc Kees Rocks. A partly rotten human corpse was made out near the shore at Park Lake reading a newspaper. When the witness appeared the ghost fled. In any event, it's a menacing ghost that should be kept away from.
