A female with her arms amputated is every now and then seen heading       a lead tour of The Cliff to a company of ghosts at midnight. Several people declare this spirit is the spirit of a traveler that was murdered while traveling through Millrift many years ago. The phantom of a gentleman grasping a blood-covered machete has purportedly been distinguished on one or two instances watching the surroundings from the   top of Buck Knoll in the early morning hours. A military outfit wandering around devoid of a body in it was witnessed playing a tune on a harp in a Millrift trailer. The ghost did not appear to be anxious by the onlookers.
