Monaca, Pennsylvania Ghost Tales

There is a dumpy, nast rooming house on Pennsylvania Ave., directly above The Quilt Shop. All the rooms shared a common bathroom. The 2nd floor, where these rooms are located, is hugh. I visited someone there frequently. I always had the feeling that I wasnt alone there, even when I was alone. The atmosphere there was always one of sadness and creepiness. One night I was talking to another visitor in the hallway. In the middle of talking to me, she froze, and was looking over my left shoulder. She scared the crap out of me. She whispered to me, ''there's a lady standing behind you.'' I freaked and turned to look, but I didn't see anything. Whatever it was, it stayed behind me. My acquaintance described the sighting as having long black hair and middle age. The upstairs in that bldg. is definitly creepy. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.
