One of the folks who live here decisively declares that this ghost is probably the undead ghost of a local resident who used to dwell here in Nineveh. A       large bloodcurdling phantom was seen on a Nineveh residential road in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost did not appear to be concerned by the bystanders. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that any wise person would not want to encounter. The spirit of a chained up guy materialized hovering in the air like a balloon in Nineveh. The ghost saluted the viewer.
