Here are two unfortunately both of my ''sightings'' weren't class A ghost sightings and might have just been my own overactive imagination. Either way give them a read and decide for yourself. My first ghost sighting that I am going to list was in fact my own personal first ghost sighting.
I was working at the Columbia bar and grille in Phoenixville. All Phoenixvillians know where it is. I was working as a chef in the kitchen and had only been employed at the restaurant for about two weeks.

The way that the restaurant is set up when the cooks leave the kitchen (which is attached to the back of the building) they can either walk up the steps in the back, and exit the parking lot(walking away from the building) or walk through the parking lot past the three floor restaurant towards bridge Street.

If you chose the latter of the two you would be walking past an indoor stairwell which connects first floor bar / dining to the second floor dining. While this stairwell is inside of the building there is a window large enough in it to see the landing between the two floors as well as straight up to the second floor.
Now that you have a general idea of the layout... I was passing this stairwell while leaving work and looked back to see a lady walking up to the landing turn the corner and begin up the second floor stairs.
I looked away for literally a second when the thought occurred to me ''there are no waitresses in the building right now'' within less than a second I turned around and there was nothing. No one. Nowhere to go that fast.
