I have also had things move. My faucet gets turned on, my can shelf gets moved from time to time and we have had a door open slowly & slam shut w/ great force(the door does not have a doorknob). My downstairs neighbors that lived there 1year ago had a similar experience     the Day after I 1st saw the man. She described him the same way I had seen him. We both saw him wearing blue jeans a dark shirt and a cowboy hat or some kind of hat. My daughter was also grabbed by someone in the shower a had Marks on her arm. The neighbor downstairs also had an experience where a man spending the night there woke up to feeling a burning pain on his back only to find that he was scratched by fingernails and he was all alone in the room he was sleeping in.
