A local resident declares that this ghost is that of a resident who existed here in Stahlstown a long time ago. One thing's for certain, this ghost indisputably is frightening; one that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to meet. A lady with a semi transparent body was made out enjoying the surroundings at Breskin Dam Number Two before sunrise.
