A female alight, carrying a petroleum bottle is regularly perceived glancing
  at the view from the peak of Hunting Hill very late at night. In any event, it's undoubtedly a bloodcurdling ghost that any rational person would not want to run into.

The ghost of a farmer sporting a farmer hat can frequently be distinguished on a Thornton lane in the early morning hours. Locals here claim that this ghost takes pleasure in scaring unwise people who are courageous enough to disrupt the peace in Thornton.
