Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania Ghost Tales My daughter has witnessed a man standing on our deck the deck is facing a lake.  she said the man was standing there I went out to see if it might have been and intruder but there was no one there.  I told her I looked and that no one was there she kept looking in the same direction and said that he was still standing there.  I asked her what he looked like, now mind you she's only 4years old she said he had a circle painted around one eye and that his face was painted.  I google the history in the area and it was home to many Indians.  could it be a ghost of an Indian and how come I can't see it. .
