Wayne, Pennsylvania Ghost Tales Me, and a female friend took a drive through Valley Forge one night back in 2003, and took the back roads to Wayne. I was driving, and she was in the passenger seat. She asked me for a lighter to light up a ciggarette, so I handed her the lighter. After she lit her ciggarette, I saw from the corner of my eye, her whole head, and hair light up in flames as she screamed. I pulled over immediatley, and noticed nothing wrong with her hair at all. Not even the smell of burnt hair. It was something we will never forget. Lots of phantom sightings have been told by the residents. Several residents say these stories are lies, but not a hundred percent of the natives of Wayne are quite alive. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A decapitated gentleman was perceived smoking a pipe       in Abrahams Run. The observer got scared and fled. A female with her right arm and right leg cut off materialized relaxing on a couch in a house in Wayne. The ghost didn't appear to be agonized by the eye witnesses. The spirit of a guy carrying a bloody sword was noticed hauling a human headbone beside a streetlight in Wayne. When the   phantom was spotted it vanished into the thin air. In any event, it's without a doubt a creepy spirit that you don't want to come across late in the night. An armed forces outfit wandering around devoid of a body in it showed up striding from flat to flat very late at night on a Wayne avenue. Panicked by the onlookers the ghost withdrew into the night. The ghost of a civil war fighter was witnessed screaming in Elmwood Park around midnight. When noticed the ghost approached the viewer who then escaped. Several of the locals say this ghost is the struggling spirit of an old Wayne person who lived here. Regardless of what folks say, this is an unpleasant ghost that any sound person would not want to run into. The ghost of an appallingly burned woman has repeatedly been seen relaxing at the kitchen counter in a Wayne apartment. The ghost of an engine driver is regularly observed staring across Harmonville Impounding Basin after midnight. A woman lacking a head has purportedly been distinguished on frequent occasions terrifying people down near the shore at Dove Lake. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that should be shunned.
