I lived in a house on Waln Street years ago and saw a ghost of a little girl often waering white. She often pulled my hair at night and only showed herself to me and my cousin. I lived there when I was 8 to 12.

My 5 year old grandson saw a older man and older lady dressed in hospital gowns in the ER room near the ceiling smiling at him while he waited for the doctor.

Wellsboro, Pennsylvania is an outwardly routine spot as long as the sun is in the sky, but underneath the surface there are atypical things going down. Lots of ghost stories have been told by the people who live here. Disbelievers don't have faith in the local ghost stories, but there truly are bloodcurdling things taking place here in Wellsboro at night.
