We rented an old Home that was part of a mansion built in 1775 located between Avondale and West Grove on old king's highway. One Friday night we were having a party in the House with several friend's we worked with. Around 2am the phone started ringing. Problem was we didn't have a phone and we could not explain the     ringing phone. Following that incident there weren't Many friends who would return to the house. Before moving into this House we looked at another House located in West Grove proper in which a fire was reported in the basement one night. Firefighters put out the blaze then set out to locate the eldery female resident. They never found her but on the back porch they found her wrist watch and a puddle of blood. We passed on renting this ''haunted house'' and rented the old mansion instead which also turned out to be haunted to some degree. Strange   (continued on the next page...)
