Frightened by the witnesses the spirit withdrew into the darkness. The armor of a medieval knight with no person inside showed up gazing irritably at the witness in Boston Hollow late at   night. When spotted the ghost approached the viewer who then escaped. One of the locals decisively asserts that this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was killed while traveling through Wilmerding long ago.
