We saw that and it scared us so bad that we ran away but we went back about 5 minutes later. When we looked in the second time we saw a face in the window of one of the doors. It looked like it had glasses and it just stared at us.
I was really scared by then. About 2 minutes later we saw somebody come out of the building. We asked him if he saw anyone in there but (this is the scaryist part) he disappeared. He was a ghost! Only us kids saw it.
am now 17 and I still can get this out of my mind.|

As I was preparing to leave the city limits of Washington D. C. I noticed to no surprise a crane with chains on the Potomac River attempting to pull something from the water over a bridge. That was a haunted scene to view.
I wondered if a vehicle went over the bridge or someone actually jumped off. Souls beware.

After a visit to this portion of the city seventeen years past as I toured the section of Washington D. C. Where the Lincoln memorial and Washington Monument sites were located. As my relatives and I were returning from our tour there we got on the Arlington memorial bridge I noticed cranes pulling something from the Potomac river.
