My stepfather rented an apartment on North Avenue about one b lock from greenmount. He worked at Maryland drydock. Each morning he would walk to greenmount and catch a trolley . He would leave the house at 4 am. I began to accompany him to the bus stop each morning. I was only twelve years old. One morning after he had boarded the trolley I started back home. As     I started walking I noticed a man approaching. He was wearing turn of the Century clothing. As he passed me I looked up and saw that he had no facial features. I almost passed out from shock. I ran to the apartment door and looked back. I could see through him. He was walking in the direction of the cemetery at greenmount and north.
