It was built in the 1800's by Dr. Kelly who was a founder of johns Hopkins hospital. It's located in the heart of Bel Air back in the woods by the MA and PA trail. I've been there quite a few times with other people ghost hunting. A lot of strange things go on there at night. We've heard footsteps on the porch. We've seen Black figures come up to the windows     and peer out. We were watching from the front of the House and saw an Orange light from one end of the first floor to the other end. Weve also seen shadowy figures in the parking lot and one moved on the other side of our car. This is definitely a good place to Check out for some late night ghost hunting.
