Berlin, Maryland Ghost Tales I have lived in Berlin for twenty three years and have spotted so many ghosts that I can't remember but recently I have spotted one that ill never forget, I was walking my dog down Quillen Drive, Berlin, MD when something spotted my attention..... when I looked over at the house to the left I saw a man, quite tall, with a top hat standing next to the front door ( Which had a bunch of windows) looking inside as if something was horribly wrong. Quickly I went to take out my phone to call the police thinking it was a robber but when I turned back around it was gone. Lots of ghost stories have been reported by the local residents. Several local residents assert these descriptions are lies, but the ghosts of Berlin are out tonight       searching for someone to terrify. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A military outfit marching about without a body in it is once in a while distinguished playing a xylophone in a Berlin apartment. The ghost of a civil war fighter has been said to have been witnessed on many   instances in a mirror in a Berlin trailer; the spirit was only perceptible in the mirror. No matter what, this phantom undoubtedly is bloodcurdling; one that any sensible person wouldn't wish to bump into. The phantom of an awfully burned woman can every so often be distinguished heaving pebbles in Berlin Commercial Historic District at midnight. The ghost of the driver of a train has repeatedly been perceived trying to deposit a corpse in Bassett Millpond late at night. One of the locals determinedly declares that this spirit may be the soul of a local resident who passed on here in Berlin long ago. A lady with no head is repeatedly made out at the water at Cropper Neck demolishing an object. A man without a head has purportedly been made out on a small number of instances dragging a corpse from the chilly water of Ayer Creek around midnight. An unbelievably terrifying ghost may repeatedly be made out by Dutch Harbor at night looking at the water. Several of the residents declare this ghost may well be a renowned yesteryear local of Berlin.
