Custom Search Burkittsville, Maryland Ghost Sightings   About a month ago, November of 2010, A friend and I were house sitting for a relative.  We decided to watch a movie, during which, my friend had to use the bathroom. When she walked to the hallway she saw the the bedroom door was open and suddenly we heard glass shattering. we ran out of the house leaving the door to slam shut and locked behind us. We then called the police because we were so shook up and also could not     get into the house. When the police arrived they went in the bedroom to find the light on and several picture frams and vases thrown on the floor and broken. Approx one hour and a half from Burkittsville. .
