I have seen apparitions near the Kent County Court House. Mainly they look dark. Could that have something to do with the horrible history that happened here in chestertown and around the courthouse?? I think it might. The problem is that the security camera in the courthouse picked up what looked to be a spirit floating up and down the stairs. I guess being afraid of looking bad, the sheriff at the time tried to blow it off and accept what the camera technician said. He said it was a bug flying in front of the camera!!! What an idiot.
