I stayed at a bed and breakfast in this town. it was a very beautiful place to get away to. however when I was at the Brampton bed and breakfast, I saw a ghost. it happened in the middle of the night and I won't ever forget it. I was staying there with my husband and he also is 100% sure he saw what I saw. it was a female ghost and it was a restless spirit we believe. we were very scared and left in the middle of the night! I will never forget it...

My wife and I live on College ave. We have taken pictures in our home and several of them have round cloudy images in them. After looking at them we zoomed each picture in. After doing so we noticed each round image had a face in it. Most them were faces of men except for one, this one had a man with the appearance of some one from the 1800's, under his face was a clear face of a little girl with long hair.

I have seen apparitions near the Kent County Court House. Mainly they look dark. Could that have something to do with the horrible history that happened here in chestertown and around the courthouse?? I think it might. The problem is that the security camera in the courthouse picked up what looked to be a spirit floating up and

down the stairs. I guess being afraid of looking bad, the sheriff at the time tried to blow it off and accept what the camera technician said. He said it was a bug flying in front of the camera!!! What an idiot. That shows how some of the people we trust and depend upon could cower so easily at what they do not understand. But you can perfectly see a picture of a spirit that's a regular haunt at the kent county courthouse in the weird maryland book.

Most folks in Chestertown, Maryland are merrily uninformed of the horrible riddles this settlement has; not all the inhabitants of this settlement are really alive.
