Could that have something to do with the horrible history that happened here in chestertown and around the courthouse? I think it might. The problem is that the security camera in the courthouse picked up what looked to be a spirit     floating up and down the stairs. I guess being afraid of looking bad, the sheriff at the time tried to blow it off and accept what the camera technician said. He said it was a bug flying in front of the camera!!! What an idiot. That shows how some of the people we trust and depend upon could cower so easily at what they do not understand. But you can perfectly see a picture of a spirit that's a regular haunt at the kent county courthouse in the weird maryland book.
