I live     right off Jarrettsville rd near st. Ignatius church and there was a Young boy killed by a car a few years back right before the church. As I was driving I saw a shadowy figure standing in the middle of the road and as I got closer I slowed down and he vanished. Now today is 4/20/11 and this morning at around 5:30 I saw a floating shadowy figure pass by the traffic lights near the bmw dealership! Looked like it was wearing a cloak.
