A man who lives here says that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while passing through Fort Washington in the past. A female hauling her head underneath her arm emerged mounted on a low rider on a shadowy road next to Fort Washington. The arrival of the witness terrified the phantom who then faded away. One of the locals confidently declares that this ghost loves startling unwise people who have the nerve to upset the peace in Fort Washington.
