Greensboro, Maryland Ghost Tales W Sunset Drive, House. My mother's friend was having trouble with her husband, so she decided to stay with us for a while. her and my mother would go on walks, and would always pass a nice house on west sunset drive, past the funeral home. My mother's friend saw that the house was for sale, and contacted a Realtor to get a tour of the house. While we walked through the house, everything looked nice, so my mother decided to go on her own to the third floor. She got to the top of the stairs and looked out the window that overlooked the street. When she turned around to go back down the stairs, she saw an old woman push her friend's husband down the stairs. My mother has a history of seeing spirits and served as a medium for a while. She told her friend and convinced her not to buy the house. A few years later, someone else bought the house, and the building slowly began to fall apart. Even today, you can see an old lady looking out the window. I'm not sure if anyone still lives there, but the house looks terrible compared to what it looked like when it was vacant.
