My daughter in law, when she was leaving our home one night, she saw a man in a gray suit, gray top hat, long white beard, old time bike, with big wheels, acknowledge her by tipping his hat.  As she was leaving she saw him disappear.  We live on the oldest street's of Hagerstown Maryland, our home is dated 1921.  Other places I have seen and heard things plus had the feeling someone or something was their living.  Nothing is our home is haunted.
