Wanting a House of our own but not having enough money for a Deposit     we frequented all of the new developments and toured all of the new Model homes in preparation of the Day when we would finally be able to buy one. One Saturday morning over breakfast sally mentioned to me that there was a new development in haver DE Grace with three Model homes open. As I reacll this waqs in the late Spring ore Early summer as the Sun was shining the sky was Blue and it was relatively warm out.
