We asked the resident manager to Check out the Issue and he confirmed that the attic space above us was empty. As the phenomena continued and other strange things happened in the apartment (lights turning on beer cans falling on the floor) on a lark one evening we decided to get an ouija board and see if we could communicate with any spirits that might be behind this. Nothing happened for about 15 minutes and we were going to quit but decided to give it one more try and I exclaimed out loud ''if there is anyone here who wants to communicate with us this is your last chance'' or something to that effect.     Immediately the room grew cold and the ouija board started dancing. A spirit came through said his name was George and that he died by hanging. Turns out there used to be a hospital of sorts on the very site that apartment building was located and some people did die there some under strange circumstances. The phenomena stopped at this Point and would reoccur sporadically but not every Day like it had been. Very weird. This incident made a believer out of me.
