Numerous times I swore I saw someone out of the corner of my eye Only to turn and no one was there. It freaked me out a little until one time when I locked the keys in a customers car and ran into the office to grab the phone. When I walked back to the car it was unlocked ! I believe it was the Friendly spirit of the former tenant who was a car collector.     I called him by name and we had a good ''relationship'' for a couple of years until I no longer ''saw'' or Felt his spirit. But it was a good experience and I Hope he finally ''passed over''.
