While stationed at uscg sta Taylors Island on the houseboat that was the coast guard station at the time on Slaughter creek I was a Seaman on the Midnight watch from Midnight until 0400. I was standing the radio watch listening for vessels in distress(mayday calls.
I was wide awake when I looked out the window and observed and elderly lady with long White hair walking on the water in the marina. She had a White night gown

and was walking toward the houseboat.
I turned away to Call my girlfriend on the phone because I could not believe what I was seeing. When
|
I looked back she was gone. This would have been probably 1993 in the summer. I will never forget her face.
