Local people who have witnessed this phantom say this phantom may perhaps be a distinguished past dweller of Washington Grove. A black as coal snake that transformed into a woman is known to have been spotted on a small number of instances in a Washington Grove area hardware store, strolling the aisles. The ghost of a destitute guy can sometimes       be made out up on the apex of Hunting Hill piling pieces of wood. The ghost of a young-looking cowboy was made out burning a box in the center of Beaverbrook.
