The spirit of a gentleman sporting a law enforcement
  uniform may now and then be spotted around midnight floating down Bens Run. Folks who have seen this ghost declare this ghost is the undeceased soul of a long gone Woodstock person who lived here.

The phantom of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead was noticed on the pinnacle of Chestnut Hill late at night gazing at the view. This is one of those ghosts that is made out over and over again in close proximity. People declare that this ghost is that of a local person who had a home here in Woodstock in the past.
