Arden, North Carolina Ghost Tales | |
|
I have ha several experiences in apartments that I have lived in through out the years of living here. When I was about 16 years old, at the apartments near T. C. Roberson High, I woke one night to a shadow figure hovering over my bed and just as quickly it was gone. A few nights later while my sister and I were sound asleep, our home-made disco ball that was securly put up in our closet, was thrown at the closet doors from the inside; resulting in a loud bang and our closet door to be pushed open. Again, from the inside.
A few years later we moved to anotehr set of aparments a few miles south of there closer to Arden. I sleep with my room locked at all times out of habit, and the need for privacy so there was no chance anyone came in my room. One night while sleeping deeply, I woke up to the sensation of someone gripping my left thigh. I shoke if off, jumped out of bed, and turned on the light thinking someone got in my room. Of corse, no one was there, and my room was indeed locked.
I checked my leg because I thought maybe it

was my imagination. But there on my thigh, closest to my knee where I felt the grabbing sensation was three thick marks of a man's fingers on my leg. The marks didn't go away for weeks. . Submitted by Laurie Categories: apartment, shadows
