I do nnot know the exact mile marker but this is what I saw: blonde woman medium build pretty long straight hair in shorts and summer top.. She came out of Fence row to road and waived while walking back toward Fence and trees.. I thought there maybe was an accident.. I turned around and came back.. Same exact woman     same motions etc... I stopped.. No one there.. Did this three times.. Nothing there but I saw her every time.. I don't do drugs or drink.. I know what I saw.
