Custom Search Balsam, North Carolina Ghost Sightings Balsam PAGE 1   2     Ok so me & 2 friends went to stay at Balsam mtn. Inn knowing that it was haunted & we indeed saw/heard the paranormal. At around 9 one of my friends went outside on the front porch & looked up to our room to see a shadow Cross her window( no one was on our floor & no one passed into her room). At 11 something pm my & my Friend were laying on the 2 twin beds (rm. 332) & we jumped because we both saw shadows Cross the room     & disappear into no where. We then heard whispering & murmuring throughout the night. Around 5am we both awoke to a light knock on first the door on the right then the one on the left. Afterwards around 6 I woke up & then as I was attempting to sleep again & something whispered my name. I then jumped in fear & checked to make sure no one was in the room .
