Some years back I was going to work at the Nuclear plant on hwy 211. Just out of Bolton around 5 miles just before the cow farm, early morning with fog, a woman on the right side of the road try to flag me down. She looked to have a ball gown on and it was waving in a strange way. I have to say she was scary looking and I look in my rearview mirror to make sure she was not in the back set with me. She did not look natural and no I did not stop. I have heard through the years that a girl was killed at that stretch of road.
