Two lockers opened on their own, and a light went out.
In conclusion, that school has traumatized me.

I was pet sitting for our new neighbors. They had moved in about a month before, and my mom was very happy because on Front Street there are mainly really weird old people who keep to themselves or younger people who throw the loudest parties you will hear. Anyways they had asked me to take care of their cat. About a week before they invited us over and showed us the house and all the things new neighbors do. Well, my mom mentioned about how the people who had lived there before didn't even say goodbye. They had lived there for at least twenty years and had watched me and my brothers grow up without even saying good bye or that they were even thinking of moving.
The house is VERY weird. Apparently a long time ago (like 1920s) the owners of the house did foster children. One of the children stole stuff from all the neighbors' houses. He even stole 19,000$ from my house. Their fix to the problem was to build a locking room in the basement to lock their valuables in. Apparently it was working until he moved out. Back to the story, we were eating brownies on the front wraparound porch and talking about random things. Then they mentioned how after they purchased the house they got an anonymous note. The note said that it was a ''bad idea'' moving into the house, and ''they would live to regret it. '' They were also told by the ancient neighbor that there was a ghost of a two-year-old in the house. The ignored it like any other person would.
Well, a week later I went over to take care of the cat. I was already almost done with the job. They would be back the next day, and they had left a week ago. The first day of the job I could not find the cat, so I did the normal stuff you do to take care of a cat and then looked for the cat. As I was passing the breakfast nook, I noticed the servants staircase door slowly creak open. I found it odd but went on with my day. As I was watering the house plants, I swear I hear a child giggle. I left and came back the next day.
I found the cat sitting in the front office staring at a spot on the floor. I scooped her up and continued on. I gave her some love then took care of the house plants. Then I thought I heard a bell ring. Like the kind they put on child's toys. I again ignored it and finished up and left. It was pretty much the same process the next day, except I could not find the cat. I gave up and left. The day after that I looked in the master bedroom. I noticed the bed was flung apart. It looked like an indent of a small child in the sheet. I thought that my mind was just playing tricks, and it was probably just the cat. Then I looked closer, and what I thought were cat prints were the marks of a small child crawling.
I noticed that there was no cat hair on the bed at all! Even though then I had cat hair on me, and I hadn't even touched the cat yet. I looked over to the nightstand, and that was where the car was hiding, staring at the spot of the bed. I remade the bed and left the house as soon as possible. The next couple of days I noticed doors that were closed were open. I paid my older brother to do the last two days of cat sitting for me. He said that he swore he heard a rattle and a giggle. I am never going back to that house on West Front Street, that's for sure.
