I lived on Midway park across from the fire house and my house was haunted. The cabinets would slam every night, we would feel cold breezes that would make the hairs on your neck stand up. I've seen pictures of strange people in my mirror. The door of my son's room creeped open in the early morning, we closed it, laid back down and heard the door knob turn three or four times. I was recently was looking at some pictures and in the window there is an out line of a fire fighter. . Submitted by Irene Categories: home, fire_fighter

out onto the dock at the New River, and saw a man fishing; he was wearing a ballcap, and a light jacket. It was a clear, moonlit night, and I wanted to ask the guy if he caught anything, but he didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered. I sat down on the dock and lit a cigarette, looked up, and the man was gone! I found out awhile later that a Marine drowned while fishing drunk in the 1970's, and people have been seeing him ever since... Submitted by Bill
