Another night while on duty me and a few of my coworkers were working late night after a late night heard the outside door open and slam shut. Unusual because the door has a slow closing mechanism that doesn't allow it to slam, but close. It is said that the building was once a hospital and the 3rd floor was     once an insane asylum on base and the first floor was an emergency center/ operating center due to the vast open hallway that lead to the wings of the building the statement isn't denied. I walked out onto the dock at the New River, and saw a man fishing; he was wearing a ballcap, and a light jacket.
