There is a ghost that appears every third Tuesday of the month at the body of water near the corner of kildair and Cary parkway. If you look right before the sun rises it appears to be staring into the body of water longingly.
I've lived here for 7 years and saw this happen 4 different times until I realized the frequency. I can now go at the specified time and get my ''ghost fill''. I would never approach it because I don't know if it would disappear or go away.

This appears to be a non-violent spirit and I just let him stare in peace. The geese don't seem to mind. Please please don't bother it. Just go and discretly appreciate. Take no photos. Thanks.- hunter.
